Lear corporation Trim Tanger offre une nouvelle opportunité de se joindre à son équipe à travers le poste de chargé(e) de recrutement et formation.
Les missions:
- Sélection les candidats et suivi du processus de recrutement jusqu’au choix du candidat final et son intégration
- Lancement des concours internes et suivi jusqu’à l’affectation des candidats retenus
- Création des contrats des directs (opérateurs)
- Participer à la réalisation et à l’animation de certains modules de formation en interne.
- Assurer et suivre les formations d’intégration et de recyclage de formation.
- Suivi des changements de poste et promotions internes
- Démarrer et mener à bien des compagnes de sensibilisation en interne
- Participer à des réunions d’amélioration continue.
Compétences & experience:
- Bac +4 en Management ou Ressources humaines
- Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire de préférence dans l’industrie automobile.

Production Planner
Missions:
-Schedules production taking in consideration all the existing constraints and customer’s needs as priority.
-Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple projects.
-Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay in production and shipping.
-Monitor the production realizations vs schedules by work center.
-Follow customer orders communication and variation and report all related issues.
-Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
-Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
-Respect the Targets such as inventory levels, service rate.
-Support in the new Launches and ensure a smooth Production EOL for the assigned projects.
-Collaborate with all parties to ensure coverage of customer.
Competence & experience:
-Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
-Working knowledge of MRP MS Office and ERP systems.
-Good at math and statistics.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication abilities.
-High school diploma; Further education or certification is preferred.
